"Late delivery and missing item need some accountability"
I ordered a part that was listed as in stock, so I expected it to ship quickly. Instead, it took almost two weeks, and I had to email twice before anyone gave me a real update. I get that delays happen, but if something is going to be late, the company should be upfront about it instead of making the customer chase them down.
When the box finally showed up, one small item was missing. They did refund me for it, which I appreciate, but it still threw off my weekend plans. It was not a complete disaster, but the whole experience felt disorganized, and I would like to see them take more responsibility for keeping customers informed and making sure orders are actually complete.

I had an issue getting my order set up and reached out to tech support, but i’m not even sure what was going on ?? They kept replying with super short messages that didn’t actually fix anything. I waited days hoping for a real answer, but it never really came. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I reached out thinking I’d hear back within a reasonable amount of time, but I’m still waiting. i expected better communication and at least a quick response to let me know someone had seen my message.

"Frustrating website experience"
I wanted to give the site a chance, but it got frustrating quickly. Some pages took way too long to load, and the menus felt all over the place. At first I thought maybe I was just missing something, but after clicking around forever trying to find basic info, I went from annoyed to just completely done. I ended up giving up, which was disappointing because it should’ve been simple.

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
I ordered this weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I get that delays happen, but at this point I’m frustrated. If you need something by a certain date, I’d be careful and maybe think twice before ordering.

"Not worth the price"
I felt like it was way too expensive for what you get. The prices were high and the quality just didn’t really match up for me.
